Should I fly to Proserpine (PPP) airport or Hamilton Island (HTI)?
 Flying to PPP is ​definitely a much simpler and cheaper option as there are multiple shuttle and taxi services from the airport to Shute Harbour and our scheduled trips are timed to accomodate the majority of flight arrivals.  Our scheduled trips are much cheaper than the cost of a private charter.  If your flight times do not match up we can organise a private charter at ....

Is there a baggage/weight restriction?
​While we definitely prefer you bring bags that weigh less than 20KG (to avoid injury) we do not have any limit on the total amount of luggage you bring.  

​Will the trip be cancelled if there are strong winds?
No (usually).  We are very lucky to have one of the most protected routes in the Whitsundays.  Although it can get rough we do not cancel due to strong winds unless they are forecast to reach an official gale warning or cyclone warning strength.  This rarely happens and we will always have some prior warning and will be in communication with you if we expect any disruption to our service)
